		<description>I like your initial list.  However, I think interviewing candidates is a privilege not a right: recent college grads should not be included.  I also think that you are putting way too much emphasis on the value of interviewing as the determining factor regarding whether or not a new hire stays with the company.  It used to be that employees were more loyal but now they leave for a variety of reasons.  Nobody has any control over that except the new hires themselves.</description>
